I had designed my website on GoDaddy myself and it was a little cheesy to say the least.  Then the guys from LinkNow called and did a very professional site for me and it was affordable!  Andrew, Web Designer @ LinkNow Media recently freshened it up and it looks terrific.  He also added a moble site.  These guys do an amazing job.  They are affordable and their work is terrific.  I highly recommend them.

I used to have a lousy website and did not know the first thing about how to look good on the web. LinkNow Media called me up and had a prototype first draft already done and looking great. With a reasonably priced monthly plan and low cost start up fee we started a great relationship, and a web site that works like an F-16 fighter jet- Fast, packs a punch and gets lookie-loos to actually call me to book massages. Gustavo is my assigned designer and he rocks, and is very quick to respond to changes I need made every time.

I recently begin using LinkNow, I’m happy with the page they built, it is professional and personal, a nice feature for my business style. 

I began the process in March 2011 after receiving a sample for a standard template website from LinkNow Media. I had been considering a new website for some time and that prodded me into action. Gauderic Perignon was assigned to me as designer. It quickly became clear to me that I would have to take the lead in the design, feel and navigation in order to get the character of website that graphically expressed the uniqueness of my architecture. Once we had a working concept I began to find more images and information than I ever thought possible and it expanded way beyond the original intent. In fact it became more of an archive of 53 years or architecture rather than marketing tool. Throughout the two year ordeal, Gauderic was exceedingly patient with me in my crazy quest for perfection and always responded cheerfully and professionally. He offered me great freedom in his willingness to explore all design and navigation ideas until I was completely satisfied. He seemed to have the ability to flow along with my thinking and offer just the right suggestion form improvements at just the right time. I would have to say that Gauderic was the perfect web designer to have been assigned to my project and was a great pleasure to work with.

Our business has been with Link Now Media for almost a year now and I have zero complaints. The customer service and website designers are very quick to respond to emails, they are very efficient in the changes or specials we like to make. I think website building can be pretty expensive, so its a great deal for good quality. They also include building an online presence in search engines, and handle the mobile sites for phones which was a plus!

Wow! I initially had reservations about using a company located so far away, but I am glad I went through with it. My sales rep, James, took the time to discuss and design a plan that fit my needs. I was immediately assigned a website design team customer contact, Jon, who is awesome and completely focused on providing superior customer service. He even, without question, added custom options to my website at the price my rep verbally quoted me but was not put in writing. Jon took the time to set up an appointment with a logo designer, Gio, and that has also been an easy process with timely communication. Even though we are only half-way through the website design process, I am certain I made the right choice going with LinkNow and I will definitely use them when I am ready to expand my business presence in the local google search results. Don’t let the few negative reviews outweigh all the overwhelmingly positive ones and dissuade you from choosing this company from your website design and promotion needs as I almost did. Timely communication, customer service, and value are the three areas I am most concerned with in dealing with companies and LinkNow(with James, Jon, and Gio) have exceed them in every way. Awesome company! You can’t go wrong!
